Changes in buying patterns required more project related management to present at new business presentations.
This international construction company recognised that these managers – some 400 – would need additional help to support the Sales and Commercial teams who present face to face on a regular basis.
Having attended a number of presentations and presentation rehearsals, we identified key areas of support that were required. We then developed a 2-day intervention course to be launched company-wide to improve the confidence, comfort and presentation skills of this group and provide a wider understanding of a client’s requirements from their construction partner.
